Yes, go to your profile page by clicking on your username in the top right corner. In the "Listings" section you will see all your ads, which can be filtered by status — Active, Drafts, Paused or Inactive. For each listing the following actions are available — "Edit", "Pause" (temporarily deactivate) or "Delete" (permanently remove). Please note — editing your listing text is only available within 72 hours of publication. After this time the option to edit the text is no longer available.

A listing may be rejected for several reasons — for example, if it violates the terms of use, contains prohibited content, is placed in the wrong category or is a duplicate entry. You will receive a notification about the rejection to your registered email address. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team at info@kontakti.lv.

You can add up to 20 photos (each up to 10 MB) and 1 video (up to 100 MB) to a single listing. High-quality photos and video significantly increase the number of views and attract more potential buyers!

The active period of a listing depends on the account type. For individuals the available periods are — 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks. For businesses the available periods are — 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 months. You choose the publication period yourself when creating the listing.

Account verification increases trust among other users and allows you to fully use all Kontakti.lv features. To verify your account, go to your profile page and click on the 'Verification status' section. Follow the instructions — verification may require an identity document or phone number confirmation. Verified accounts are marked with a special badge, which increases other users' trust in your listings.

The live chat is a built-in communication tool on Kontakti.lv that allows buyers and sellers to communicate directly on the platform — without the need to exchange personal contact details. To start a conversation, open the listing you are interested in and click the chat icon. All messages are available in the messages section of your profile. Chat is available to all registered users and is completely free.

If you notice a suspicious listing or user, please report it to us immediately. To report a listing, open it and click the report icon or the 'Report' link. To report a user, go to their profile page and use the same option. You can also contact our support team by emailing info@kontakti.lv. We review every report and act as quickly as possible to ensure a safe environment for all users.

You can control the visibility of your contact details yourself. In the profile editing section there is an option 'Do not show my email and phone number publicly to other users' — if this option is enabled, your contact details will not be visible to others. Communication with other users takes place through the Kontakti.lv built-in chat, which ensures your privacy. We recommend using chat for communication rather than sharing your personal contact details publicly.
